CO filings are delinquent, and Steve 'never followed up to complete the move'

I honestly don't care. A LONG TIME AGO I asked what's the bid deal about name-change and/or move to CO?

The BULLs responded as if I was an idiot and these 2 items were THE KEYS to moving forward.

HEXA is meaningless - There's NOTHING in-work to execute on this strategy. Fine, no biggie.

The ONE THING ONCI has going for it, supposedly, is the 'distracted driving' business.

The fact that BULLs and BERMAN make CONSTANT REFERENCE to everything else (weed, gift-cards, etc) show what a mess this is.

If I had ANY INKLING Berman was capable of focusing on the ONE GOOD THING that's even INFERRED about this company, then the next step would be for shareholders to demand an audit, while Berman actually executes w/ insurance companies.

UNFORTUNATELY, it REALLY REALLY appears to be ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS

Evidenced by constant DILUTION, shady finance-deals w/ fellow crooks, and innumerable promises of great things going forward but NONE OF IT comes to fruition, for obvious reasons.

IMO it's just another OTC SCAM run by a CONMAN and his cronies.

PPS pretty much confirms it - if there was ANYTHING actually happening here, there would be BIG MONEY rolling in. Instead we get $2500 share days, up to $25k share days. Small retail bag-holders generally.
