Funny, I'm working with them daily, so I guess I have heard about it.

You don't understand what subsequent events and material events are?
You know about reporting rules, investor's decisions based on the financial reports? You think these "guaranteed revenues" which they claimed it to be should not be better and more explicitly mentioned and explained in their financial reporting?

I am not talking about revenue recognition as you seem to imply, besides I have stated everytime it's all about subsequent events which you constantly tend to ignore. I am not stupid.

Question back to you: have you seen any product already which they claim to manufacture? Not talking about that amateuristic photoshopped pdf advertisement they put on the simlatus website.

Since they started pumping this ticker, no one could show ANY evidence about the manufacturing site, signed contracts (8-K's are no contracts) or real products.

Don't get too disappointed if the next 10-Q will again state no revenues. You were warned all along.
