You keep ignoring the FACT that SIML should have reported these kind of sales in their last 10-Q as material event. As they did not do that, it is clear these sales do not exist as no trustworthy external auditor would sign for fake revenues and risk their career on it. If those contracts were actually true, the auditor would have included additional information with estimated impact on the financial situation for sure due to reporting rules.
