The only thing HCTI has of value is the corporate shell, and that would
be worth maybe $150k

If they could have sold HCTI as a going concern they would have, and
they would have found a way to divert the monies to Nanotech and their own pockets.

... investors never had a chance with Kristul involved.

So I would say there is zero hope for investors.
