I was wondering if the delay of the merger is in retrospect of the spike in the price of the stock? The delay would cause panic as we have seen and cause a slide in the price of the stock, at which time the merging partner lock in their 51% of shares at a much lower price. This is their opportunity to load now at these low prices and close the deal b4 the EOM.

Watch this happens, I've thought about this scenario the past 3 days. Only time will tell, let's hope the time is now.
