Yep, looks like he's an old CEO. $USRI is not Pink Current yet. Lazar usually brought the shell to Pink Current first, before he merged a new company in. This could be a false alarm.

OS ~ 437M, higher than most other Lazar's.

$USRI just recently in Lazar's custody, shouldn't be that fast to merge in. He has a lot of other shells already in Pink Current. With that's said, if the client likes this shell, that could happen, but I doubt it.
