That”s What a lot of start-ups do...They perfect the product ..while ringing up a pile of debt for the NOL structure..A big multi national takes over and they utilize the NOLS to the fullest..A well seasoned accountant will squeeze the vast majority of that NOL entitlement ...win..win..win..
