Why can the POTUS now fire head of FHFA at will? Oh? Goverment lost a lawsuit due to their mistreatment of GSE shareholders?

FHFA structure was deemed unconstitutionally structured? FHFA invoked a capricious net worth sweep while operating without ANY oversight?

FHFA is STILL IN BREACH OF ITS FIDCIARY DUTY TO SHARE HOLDERS?
