Oh, really? The grey market isn't a liquid market. Orders are difficult to fill when there is no current quote. The average daily volume almost always shrinks by 90 to 95 percent in a few days.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
