Thanks CF. For what it is worth, I have started an email dialogue as well. It's been mostly pleasantries, we are staying the course and referring to the press releases for public information. I appreciate the response by Nello and his professionalism to obviously not break any SEC rules.

The company may not be as well run as we would like to see, but can't find any true deception that comes with some of these MJ startups.

I don't see how they buy either operations without doing a little bit of both dilution and private $ raise. I would take the split as soon as the revenue was coming directly into the company.
