Beauty. If you read the text of Omega's GAO protest, the Navy procedure here with this MAC Industry day becomes crystal clear.
Doing it this way does a perfect 'end around' all the 'issues' dreamed up by OAR and its attorneys.
Additionally I think AJH is right, and that Omega and Tempus will both come out big winners here. As such OAR wont have anything else to bitch about.

Oh, BTW, they were not exactly flattering toward the Navy officer in the briefs. I wonder if he will be the one making this decision as well,,,,
