1.) They do some government work. They could qualify for government grant money to do the hemp battery or even for making green cars from hemp.
2.) They plan to create manufacturing facilities in Kenya. The Kenyan government could give them seed money to help build the facility or do a loan guarantee for a bank loan.
3.) A partnership with a local Kenyan company or a multinational like Uber.
4.) An angel investor could fund for a share of the profits.
5.) Drive up the pps and sell shares.
6.) A straight up bank loan
...or some combination of the above or something else I haven't thought of. These guys are ex military and have spent a lot of time in Africa. I'm sure they have a lot of valuable contacts.
