Its possible, only the Johan's or Scott Terry could answer that for you IMO. Im just going by what I read on what is now GAO public information. I must say again, Omega's legal counsel was able to learn during discovery that Tempus' revenue was,,,,their words here,,,,'substantially exceeds',,,,the $32,500,000 figure.

They did not say what exact figures they saw, only that it substantially exceeded the threshold number as AJH pointed out.
