I know that the Hercules loan has higher interest, so i agree they would probably want to save the ATM for paying off that balance instead.

I don't know about Tulare's timing to be able to pay off NRG. If that was an option i figure it would have been placed into the amendment. You may be right though as Tulare and Triangle Street both with set PPAs and COD would give them some flexibility to allow payment of NRG.

Why would the NRG amendment suggest that it's possible to get COD for Bolthouse by end of September if the projected date from the Q3 Report isn't until Q2'20? Makes me wonder. Also the Amendment from August listed a bunch of modules still located East coast for the Bakersfield project.
