I believe the writer, Keith McMahon--IF that happens to be his real name!--needs some sort of realty check. Q has resported to law. . . ?!? And he goes on to say "to defend itself." What the heck more appropriate way to defend oneself when hauled into court to face a determined but spurious assault.

I didn't make it much deeper into his rant because, having evaluated the writer, I felt no need to delve into hsi argument.
