Agree. We, as shareholders, own the piece of company and have all the rights to ask what’s going on.

I was just referring to that person’s comment not making some sense.

- says he confirmed it (and not lying about it, even shows SEC link that he is not lying) <— did someone say that he was lying? Usually someone who is telling the truth, doesn’t start by saying “Hi, my name is John, and I am not lying”

- says to stop bothering the company. The right next post, he recommends someone to go down there in person to confirm what he claims he just confirmed. (?)

That just doesn’t make any sense to me and sounds even fishy about what he is claiming he did.
