ACG Analytics pegs common share value @ $6-14 and is bullish on administrative reform before any elective change to the Administration. Also predicts settlement with Collins. Best news, to me: they cite a 50 basis point estimate for commitment fees = 1/2% which is on the low side of earlier analyst's predictions.

The video is 18 minutes long and is well worth the investment of time.

Also breaks down the en banc in easily comprehensible terms.

I believe this will move today's market upward.
