Trust me..I am rooting for me to be wrong.
I don't want that extra time
I don't want to go back to the cAFC.
But what I want, doesn't really matter at this point.
I have done well on WDDD. Made good money, and really hope
to do so again. Sooner is much better than later!
I simply tried to put myself in the best possible position
to take advantage of the PTAB decision mitigating
as to what I see as possible negative outcomes
the downside for me is I make a little less money
if PTAB comes back positive but with less time involved.
SO I am good either way!
