Thank you
Most just don't get that, think I am biased negative.
The majority of people here are here, win lose or draw, they put their money in and they are waiting for the payoff.
I have seen posts that say no way PTAB is going to come back anything but good for WDDD. The PTAB would have to go against/ignore the director and CAFC guidance.
I can post examples of them doing just that.
Not saying they will, but saying they might.
I can also just post happy positive things that reinforce the all green skies ahead. I don't need to hype this up. It has been hyped/pumped/pie in the sky'd all the different ways it can be done.
I have personally talked to a few people who way over invested in this based on some of the stuff they read here. So I do my best to post realistic honest worse case scenarios, I don't say its going to zero, I don't try to get people to sell, but be aware these negative things are possible some even probable(INMHO). I share what I have done, why I have done it, and people think oh no..he is really buying, or selling,
my position has always been

I think WDDD is a winner long term.
Think at CAFC are a winner if goes back there had a good panel and they just wanted to let the PTAB correct their own mess so they sent it back,

Think Tribble and Susman & Godfrey are top notch and will win in district court and I feel Judge Caspar is actually slightly on our side and if it shows back up in her court she is going to be rather annoyed by it which also goes in WDDD favor and would put really good oddds it settles out with no trial,

BUT

we are in the PTAB and I don't trust them at all.
If they come back positive for WDDD I will have to pay much more than what I sold at but will happily do so as its only goes up from there.
If they come back negative that is another year added that I would have money tied up that will be hard to sell if I need or want to and not lose on, and the short term price will drop and I can buy in for less that what I sold. I can do that now actually as the lowest I sold shares at was $0.25. I just don't want any money contingent on the PTAB doing the right thing. Their track record is suspect at best...
