I have a couple of question that have been on my mind. I would be interested in hearing what Advantis has to say regarding them.
I am interested in when Advantis will file their second quarter 2019 10-Q? They filed the first quarter 10-Q on May 17, 2019, or two days late. Advantis’ Caveat Emptor will remain in place until the audit is complete and filed, IMO
In the June 03, 2019 press release, Advantis stated that they "hired Gillespie and Associates as its CPA to conduct the necessary audit." Is Gillespie and Associates still in place to do Advantis' audit"?
I was not impressed with Mr. John Bowman's accounting skills. IMO, it will take some time to audit Advantis' books. Is Mr. John Bowman still working for Advantis?
The same PR reported "The company has retained corporate counsel, Barnett and Linn." Are they still on a retainer?
In the first quarter 2019 10-Q, Robert Broderick, Esq. was listed as Legal Counsel. I take it that Barnett and Linn replaced Mr. Broderick. Did Mr. Broderick leave on good terms?
I wrote a letter to Mr. Darren Cherry, regarding Advantis' 10-Q but never heard back from him. After the second attempt, I wrote a letter to Woo Kim 55% owner of Advantis. Soon after, I received a call from Mr. Broderick. We had quite a long discussion and he talked favorably of Advantis Corp. I was surprised to read the press release, soon after, stating that Advantis retained Barnett and Linn as legal counsel.
I was impressed with Advantis' business plan and feel it is still in place. IMO, Advantis will remain silent until the Audit is complete, if Gillespie and Associates are still working as auditors for Advantis.
