No convertibles. Just warrants and employee options. If all fully diluted at once about 70 mil OS.

Compare that to Axsm which has same ballpark OS if you include everything. They trade at 25

Right now focus on Elevate and Baylor study, but the other assets are potential billion dollar drugs as well
