You too, and that was old book value at end of Q1, was gonna read through 10Q figure new book value for Q2 ending but was to distracted watching for dips on a couple others and keeping eye on FRAN.

Best thing about it, is it will have its ups downs consolidations etc, but going forward winner winner chix dinner.

You know what I am waiting for to get really excited Feb 7th numbers for Q4 EoY by then should be running like a beast (company) everything clicking, then, then we get some real respect, next Q ER will be nice but that 4th one whoooooooo
