0.0004 x 0.0007 now. The ask has dropped down by 12.5% from 0.0008! Why those 133,750 shares of 0.0008 buyers didn't buy WPUR at Much Lower price 0.0007 which is 12.5% Big discount?

It seems someone intentionally painted those shares at 0.0008 before 9:30AM (market opening time) to prevent WPUR from crashing back to 0.0004 ~ 0.0002 again! Why doing this? It doesn't make any sense with current 100% huge spread!
