The SEC is cooperating now since more than likely one of their own goons messed up the address situation and now they agreed to have LAHO deregister and then register again to save face. It's all a formality, LAHO will submit a form 10 soon and register again. One minute they are officially deregistered and the next congratulations LAHO you are registered.
