If I remember what OBI said, correctly, the NWS cannot be appealed until Judge Atlas issues a ruling. The "Director" problem can be immediately appealed because the structure is unconstitutional and must be cured by the lower court, not reconsidered.

I apologize if I mischaracterized what Obi said. This is just what I seem to recall. I have read so much stuff in the last few days that my memory banks could well be overloaded. I do know there was discussion of this on another forum, as well, maybe from ROLG (?).
