However, due to the delinquent status of the quarterly and annual filings of the Company with the Securities Exchange Commission, the Company was unable to effectuate the name change through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. The Company intends to complete a name change to Lust for Life Group, Inc. or something similar after becoming current in their reporting standards".
