Disagree that help is the intention here. Having some experience running a small cap company, I can assure you that a company does not go out on an expense spree to occupy patents etc. if they don't have a high percentage opportunity for upside. The footprint is most likely being manicured for highest and best use (at moment). Could deal morph or evolve into something else, yes possibly. But initial intention to penetrate market with this disruptive tech is coming one way or another and is the endgame here imho.
