GM Youngtrader, VYST's auditors provided the court with irrefutable evidence of the illegal EMA over conversion ratios/amounts in the original Pacer docs filed this spring just to ensure that no matter what flimsy broken calculator excuse EMA foolishly attempted to use, they would fail.

But right now we're simply waiting for the judge to dismiss EMA's final remaining action against VYST ok.

Once that officially occurs, then I fully expect VYST to launch their full countersuit against EMA and the fired transfer agent who foolishly conspired with EMA, and allowed the illegal EMA over conversions after VYST had already warned them not to ok cheers>>>
