BYOC traded above .05 for over a year so it was worth .05. Shares have only gone up by 20% since. Debt for acquisitions up yes of course but recurring revenue and assets way up as well. Revenues expected to grow big from here. Honest to god opinion is now that they have recurring revenue and assets going back 30yrs there will be a financing deal and share restructure in the near future followed by a name change and website release.
