SGRP basically bankrupted Brown's company. So it's entirely possible he needs money now that he's not sucking $1m+ out of the company every year through the previous sweetheart contracts.

Seems like he's been selling about 200k shares a few weeks after each earnings announcement.

Obviously, the stock should have no problem absorbing anything he wants to sell if the company keeps reporting good results. I also doubt he wants to go below 50% ownership (counting Bartels shares).

Probably a buying opportunity, but this stock has never traded that great. And still one of the cheapest on my screen for about any valuation metric you want to use.
