So it will be higher after 9/24, I agree with you on that. But I can't sell now and buy back after 9/24, I will have LESS SHARES and I am now restricted by wash sale rules preventing buy back within 30 trading days.

Let's see, stock went up a nickel today (btw no Aspire dump today), I sell tomorrow at $2 and on October 22 the PPS is at $4. I will own 50% LESS SHARES. Based off your theory, it doesn't work for me, I am better off holding until 9/24 - way too much risk to try and time it.
