[Trying to do DD]

I called them at 3:45 this afternoon and spoke with an employee. I asked about the former company and he explained they went out of business but some exec's and all 12 regular employees stayed with PCTL. They bought most of the equipment from previous company. I asked if things were stable and he jokingly said no, things are crazy, we only have 12 employees and a ton of work. I thanked him for taking the time to explain the connection between integrated and PCTL to me, and we ended the call. I will take it as extremely positive news with or without a deal that they are overloaded with work. I wasn't going to share this as I didnt feel like putting up with the BS posts that I was making it up. However, I decided to because we are all in this together.
