MC after 5 months of doing nothing and no results to show, looking more like a fool just talking every possibility but no firm plans.

BC looked more like a honest person trying to do his best in the current situation.

SM looked very stupid not knowing criteria for affordable housing finance. BC and MC could answer this question but not SM.
