Yes I saw those filings and the r/s is not completed yet however in my experience a reverse split at the right time will move the stock that much more. Reverse splits do not bother me if the timing is right, they can be a killer when it is not. but this timing is right.

This will all happen within a week of the new business model announcement, so the float drops by two thirds, the share price is in the hollows but with the forward push of the new company you have a lot less shares available, hence all the elements are set for the run
