Why not say it is going through...even if it isn’t? What is the SEC going to do...suspend it and start revocation proceedings????

Oh wait...

Have seen more than a few suspended tickers come out with a PR on opening day to try and stem the crashing pps...

THAT ... would be the mark of a true penny scam.
