There is an old piece of info that indicates that ESPIQ had emerged from Bankruptcy (BK) a while back and it appears that they are going to keep the equity/common shares intact or they would have been placed in a cease to trade status in my opinion back when the the company emerged out of BK indicated here back on Apr 5, 2017:
