It makes no sense to believe to that there is no way to rectify the situation once LAHO submits their approved financials. If suspension is a death sentense then why not just demote the stock to the greys right away, why the dog and pony show of a 10 day suspension to get people's hopes up?

Most other suspended companies are so neglected by their management they don't even know they been suspended and get sent to the greys without a challenge.
