You said "IBCX which is offering the same deal, a 25% dividend. But, IBCX has been rising everyday since the announcement."

Big Difference is that IBCX has popped out nice PR's since the PR for the 25% divvy. MDFY, we are waiting for some PR's and they should be popping out to get the interest going and keep it alive.

Perhaps another case of Medify putting the PR Cart before the HORSE?
