See the form, pretty innocuous looking. No boxes checked, just our favorite cereal scammers name at the bottom right?

See at the bottom where it has the "tweet" symbol? That got me thinking, "why would a 8k form have a "tweet" in it? So I went to the SEC site to see what the "tweet" was and low and behold. All it was, was another fakenews release by SCAM-ME-NO.

SCAM-ME-NO came up with the idea of filing SEC 8k forms with there crappy news releases imbedded within to give the crappy fakenews release credibility, "brilliant" I thought. "What a great scam."

So that's it folks, the reason this crappy stock has spiked is because SCAM-ME-NO figured out a way to make there fakenews releases look more credible, they wrapped it in a SEC 8k form package.

And like all other fakenews releases since 2013, will probably have zero follow through.
