Get it, filing a 8K form means nothing more then they filed a form.

What a joke, SCAM-ME-NO filed three 8K forms with the SEC, then imbedded a press releases within the 8k forms to make the press releases have more credibility, brilliant. What a scam right?

I was on the SEC site and the reason listed on there 8k form filing is "PRESS RELEASE"

The three 8k forms listed on this I-Hub forum above were filed with the SEC to show a SCAM-ME-NO press release only. This may be the next generation scam tactic.

Like all the other press releases since 2013 these will have zero follow through as well.
