1. Is hypothetical, but to answer your question, why would they sell when Titan will be trading much higher after partner is revealed. They sell now, they maybe make a couple hundred grand in profit. They have to wait 30 days for Wash Sale to buy back in. They sell now for profit, Titan will probably not allow them to participate again. If they sell now, they would lose out on millions & millions of return

2. Its a dumb question, Why wouldn't they go to an Investor conference, do you want them to no-show - that would be the worst thing they could do is sign up and then bail b/c they don't think they have the goods. They are going b/c it is a matter of time before these institutional investors wake up and realize what is going on in Surgical Robotics, especially SINGLE PORT and Titan owns it. No BIggun can make a move into SINGLE PORT without Titan
