Not a penny stock... but tremendously undervalued at ~100mil current mkt cap... this company could realistically earn that much next year and carry a high but "normal" sector p/e... once all production is online and further expansion into other states (CO, mostly, to build a solid base)

Tremendous interest forming... today's presentation does a good job of introducing the company. This company has had years to plan - has years of consulting experience to gain tremendously valuable insight into the nuance of various state markets - has the backing of Dye Capital which is bring decade upon decade of investment banking/ m/a experience AND a fat wallet of cash to minimize dilution... these are NOT all stock deals, they are well structured to limit dilution and pay fair value.

Solid investment... this is an excellent company with superb management that is emerging into a market with well established and expanding consumer base - yet this market remains largely untapped due to the prohibition that is looking each day closer to its end.

And MDCL has (is set to acquire) the biotech Medpharm... a company first in line to get federal growing license to supply companies with better quality research cannabis than university of Mississippi... also set to do a study on alzeimers/demntia - could be life changing for alot of people (us?) as they fall to the ailments of old age.

Could make a good trade... but I'd say this is more of a ~1yr hold before reevaluation - lots of room to run.
