I dont think a public company can buy the first hour or last hour of any trading day and they are only allowed to buy a percentage of the daily trading volume. So I do not believe that these EOD moves have absolutely anything to do with company buying shares. These moves seem more as if someone is loading or a large group is loading and slowly hedging the price up until the inevitable squeeze setting this ticker at book value or above
