EDMGUY, your quest for a clarification of the two contrasting statements are futile .... If not for the inordinate amount of such statements in DECN reports and press release due to, IMO, ineptness, deflection, delusion, serial exaggeration, deliberate vagueness, doublespeak or other descriptions far more malevolent, Quantum Physics could possibly explain the two simultaneously accurring statements; HOWEVER, such an assumption would be far from DECN's capabilities.
