PAO Group Inc (PAOG)

So...from the PAOG facebook page it appears High End owns the controlling block of PAOG, and through PAOG exclusive rights to manufacture and sell RBBI's flagship product/s. Where does that leave the shareholders of PAOG and RBII which are essentially empty shells after being sucked dry by High End? I'd like an answer to that, Karl. Kind of looks like High End is walking away with all the value and profit that were previously promised to shareholders of PAOG and RBII.
