Filing a 8K form means nothing more then they filed a form. It means nothing more.

What a joke, SCAM-ME-NO filed a form with the SEC declaring it was having a press release.

I was on the SEC site now and the reason listed on there 8k form filing is "PRESS RELEASE"

The three 8k forms listed on this I-Hub forum above were filed with the SEC to show a SCAM-ME-NO press release only. This may be the next generation scam tactic.

The press release may have zero follow through like all the previous others.
