Following completion of the Proposed Transaction, Ontario will use its commercially reasonable efforts to complete a transaction to list on the TSX Venture Exchange or the Canadian Securities Exchange, which transaction will likely be a reverse take-over with a publicly listed shell company and considered a “Qualifying Transaction.”

Does anyone know how to research if there has been a TSX shell company that has been recently scooped up by Ontario, Inc.?
