I am neither bullish nor bearish on the stock. I have a level where, after doing my work, that i may care.

In the meantime the market (don't tell me about "shorts"--if the share fundamentals are good the short would be devoured) is telling you that this company has "issues" and is not worth very much. When the company is touting how they filed their paperwork with the SEC as "news" then you know that there is a deep hole in their fundamental work. The price of the stock tells you all you need to know.
