"Recovering investment" just means someone else would be stuck with shares. Although, if SEC did give a specific warning, it's unlikely there would be any buyers to sell to. Regardless of when the SEC suspends, SOMEBODY is stuck with shares.

"...However, why doesn't the SEC, not iHub posters, send a warning of upcoming Suspension/Halt of the security to allow investors the ability to recover all or partial initial investment? ..."

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
