I doubt it. Oral arguments are two months away, then she will finally rule on the motion to dismiss. I expect she will deny it, but then there has to be depositions and an actual trial. Lamberth set a trial date for late 2020, Sweeney's will be later than that.

I don't think any of the cases will ever get a final ruling, except perhaps Count IV of the en banc decision from last Friday (that the FHFA director needs to be able to be fired at will by the president). All the NWS suits will be settled, and I expect Washington Federal to be settled as well.
